1 Псалом Давида. Хвалите Господа, о Божьи сыны[1], хвалите Господа за славу Его и мощь. 2 Воздайте славу имени Господа, поклонитесь Господу в красоте Его святости[2]. 3 Голос Господень – над водами, гремит Бог славы, Господь гремит над могучими водами. 4 Голос Господа полон мощи, голос Господа величественен. 5 Голос Господа кедры сокрушает, Господь сокрушает кедры Ливана. 6 Он велит Ливану скакать, подобно теленку, Сириону[3] – подобно молодому дикому быку. 7 Голос Господа как молния разит. 8 Голос Господа сотрясает пустыню, Господь сотрясает пустыню Кадеш. 9 Голос Господа гнет дубы[4] и нагим оставляет лес. В Его храме все восклицают: «Слава!» 10 Господь восседал над потопом; Господь восседает как Царь вовеки. 11 Господь дает силу Своему народу; Господь благословляет Свой народ миром.

1 Of David. To you, O Lord, I call; my rock, be not deaf to me, lest, if you be silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit. (Ps 18,2; Ps 35,22; Ps 39,12; Ps 83,1; Ps 88,4; Ps 109,1; Ps 143,7) 2 Hear the voice of my pleas for mercy, when I cry to you for help, when I lift up my hands toward your most holy sanctuary.[1] (1Kön 8,29; Ps 5,7; Ps 119,48; Ps 134,2; Ps 138,2; Ps 140,6; Ps 141,2; Kla 2,19; 1Tim 2,8) 3 Do not drag me off with the wicked, with the workers of evil, who speak peace with their neighbors while evil is in their hearts. (Ps 5,9; Ps 12,2; Ps 26,9; Ps 55,21; Ps 62,4; Jer 9,8; Hes 32,20) 4 Give to them according to their work and according to the evil of their deeds; give to them according to the work of their hands; render them their due reward. (Ps 137,8; Jer 50,15; Jer 50,29; 2Tim 4,14; Offb 18,6) 5 Because they do not regard the works of the Lord or the work of his hands, he will tear them down and build them up no more. (Hi 34,27; Jes 5,12) 6 Blessed be the Lord! For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy. (Ps 28,2) 7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him. (Ps 3,3; Ps 11,1; Ps 69,30) 8 The Lord is the strength of his people;[2] he is the saving refuge of his anointed. (Ps 20,6; Ps 140,7) 9 Oh, save your people and bless your heritage!
