1 يَا اللهُ بِاسْمِكَ خَلِّصْنِي، وَبِقُوَّتِكَ أَنْصِفْنِي. 2 يَا اللهُ اسْمَعْ صَلاتِي وَأَصْغِ إِلَى كَلامِي. 3 لأَنَّ غُرَبَاءَ قَامُوا عَلَيَّ، وَعُتَاةً يَسْعَوْنَ إِلَى قَتْلِي، وَلَمْ يَجْعَلُوا اللهَ نُصْبَ أَعْيُنِهِمْ 4 هُوَذَا اللهُ مُعِينِي وَالسَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ عَاضِدِي. 5 يَرُدُّ الشَّرَّ عَلَى أَعْدَائِي، وَبِحَقِّ (عَدْلِكَ) اسْتَأْصِلْهُمْ. 6 طَوْعاً أَذْبَحُ لَكَ، وَأَحْمَدُ اسْمَكَ يَا رَبُّ لأَنَّهُ طَيِّبٌ. 7 فَإِنَّهُ نَجَّانِي مِنْ كُلِّ ضيِقٍ وَرَأَيْتُ بِعْيَنيَّ (مَا حَلَّ) بِأَعْدَائِي.

English Standard Version



1 To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments. A Maskil[1] of David, when the Ziphites went and told Saul, “Is not David hiding among us?” O God, save me by your name, and vindicate me by your might. (1صم 23:19; 1صم 26:1; مز 4:1; مز 5:11; مز 52:9) 2 O God, hear my prayer; give ear to the words of my mouth. (مز 55:1) 3 For strangers[2] have risen against me; ruthless men seek my life; they do not set God before themselves. (1صم 23:15; مز 18:44; مز 86:14; مز 144:7; إش 25:5) 4 Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life. (مز 118:7) 5 He will return the evil to my enemies; in your faithfulness put an end to them. (مز 89:49; مز 143:12) 6 With a freewill offering I will sacrifice to you; I will give thanks to your name, O Lord, for it is good. (مز 52:9) 7 For he has delivered me from every trouble, and my eye has looked in triumph on my enemies. (مز 59:10; مز 92:11; مز 112:8; مز 118:7)
