Johannes hielt ihm außerdem all das Böse vor, das er sonst noch getan hatte.20Da fügte Herodes allem begangenen Unrecht auch noch das hinzu, dass er Johannes ins Gefängnis werfen ließ.
Die Taufe Jesu
21Unter all den vielen, die sich taufen ließen, war auch Jesus.[19] Als er nach seiner Taufe betete, öffnete sich der Himmel, (Mt 3:13; Mr 1:9; Joh 1:32)22und der Heilige Geist kam in sichtbarer[20] Gestalt wie eine Taube auf ihn herab. Und aus dem Himmel sprach eine Stimme: »Du bist mein geliebter Sohn, an dir habe ich Freude.[21]« (Ps 2:7)
