18 Seven cows, plump and attractive, came up out of the Nile and fed in the reed grass. 

New International Version

18 when out of the river there came up seven cows, fat and sleek, and they grazed among the reeds. 

New International Reader’s Version

18 Seven cows came up out of the river. They were fat and looked healthy. They were eating the tall grass growing along the river.
