English Standard Version

9 Do not eat any of it raw or boiled in water, but roasted, its head with its legs and its inner parts. (De 16:7; 2Ch 35:13) 

New International Version

9 Do not eat the meat raw or boiled in water, but roast it over a fire – with the head, legs and internal organs. 

New International Reader’s Version

9 Do not eat the meat when it is raw. Don’t boil it in water. Instead, cook it over a fire. Cook the head, legs and inside parts. 

King James Version

9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.
