Yenilgiye Uğratılan Krallar

1 İsrailliler'in bozguna uğrattığı, Şeria Irmağı'nın doğusunda, Arava'nın bütün doğusu ile Arnon Vadisi'nden Hermon Dağı'na kadar topraklarını ele geçirdiği krallar şunlardır: 

2-3 Heşbon'da oturan Amorlular'ın Kralı Sihon: Krallığı Arnon Vadisi kıyısındaki Aroer'den -vadinin ortasından- başlıyor, Ammonlular'ın sınırı olan Yabbuk Irmağı'na dek uzanıyor, Gilat'ın yarısını içine alıyordu. Arava bölgesinin doğusu da ona aitti. Burası Kinneret Gölü'nden Arava -Lut- Gölü'ne uzanıyor, doğuda Beytyeşimot'a, güneyde de Pisga Dağı'nın yamaçlarına varıyordu. 

4 Sağ kalan Refalılar'dan, Aştarot ve Edrei'de oturan Başan Kralı Og: 

5 Kral Og, Hermon Dağı, Salka, Geşurlular'la Maakalılar'ın sınırına kadar bütün Başan'ı ve Heşbon Kralı Sihon'un sınırına kadar uzanan Gilat'ın yarısını yönetiyordu. 

6 RAB'bin kulu Musa'nın ve İsrailliler'in yenilgiye uğrattığı krallar bunlardı. RAB'bin kulu Musa bunların topraklarını Ruben ve Gad oymaklarıyla Manaşşe oymağının yarısına mülk olarak verdi. 

7-8 Lübnan Vadisi'ndeki Baal-Gat'tan, Seir yönünde yükselen Halak Dağı'na kadar Şeria Irmağı'nın batısında bulunan toprakların kralları -Yeşu ve İsrailliler'in yenilgiye uğrattığı kralları- şunlardır: -Yeşu, Hitit, Amor, Kenan, Periz, Hiv ve Yevus halklarına ait dağlık bölgeyi, Şefela'yı, Arava bölgesini, dağ yamaçlarını, çölü ve Negev'i İsrail oymakları arasında mülk olarak bölüştürdü.-

Kings Defeated by Moses

1 Now these are the kings of the land whom the people of Israel defeated and took possession of their land beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise, from the Valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon, with all the Arabah eastward: (Say 21:13; Say 21:24; Yas 1:1; Yas 3:8) 

2 Sihon king of the Amorites who lived at Heshbon and ruled from Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and from the middle of the valley as far as the river Jabbok, the boundary of the Ammonites, that is, half of Gilead, (Yar 32:22; Say 21:21; Yas 2:32; Yas 2:36; Yas 3:6; Yas 3:16) 

3 and the Arabah to the Sea of Chinneroth eastward, and in the direction of Beth-jeshimoth, to the Sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, southward to the foot of the slopes of Pisgah; (Yas 3:17; Yas 4:49; Yşu 11:2; Yşu 12:1; Yşu 13:20) 

4 and Og king of Bashan, one of the remnant of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and at Edrei (Say 21:33; Yas 1:4; Yas 3:3; Yas 3:10; Yşu 9:10; Yşu 13:12; Yşu 15:8; Yşu 18:16) 

5 and ruled over Mount Hermon and Salecah and all Bashan to the boundary of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and over half of Gilead to the boundary of Sihon king of Heshbon. (Yas 3:8; Yas 3:10; Yas 3:14; Yşu 13:11) 

6 Moses, the servant of the Lord, and the people of Israel defeated them. And Moses the servant of the Lord gave their land for a possession to the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh. (Say 21:23; Say 21:33; Say 32:29; Say 32:33; Yas 3:11; Yşu 13:8) 

Kings Defeated by Joshua

7 And these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the people of Israel defeated on the west side of the Jordan, from Baal-gad in the Valley of Lebanon to Mount Halak, that rises toward Seir (and Joshua gave their land to the tribes of Israel as a possession according to their allotments, (Yşu 11:17; Yşu 11:23; Yşu 18:10) 

8 in the hill country, in the lowland, in the Arabah, in the slopes, in the wilderness, and in the Negeb, the land of the Hittites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites): (Yşu 9:1; Yşu 10:40; Yşu 11:16) 

9 the king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Bethel, one; (Yşu 6:2; Yşu 8:29) 

10 the king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one; (Yşu 10:23) 

11 the king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one; (Yşu 12:10) 

12 the king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one; (Yşu 10:33; Yşu 12:10) 

13 the king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one; (Yşu 10:38) 

14 the king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one; 

15 the king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one; (Yşu 10:29) 

16 the king of Makkedah, one; the king of Bethel, one; (Yşu 8:17; Yşu 10:28; Hak 1:22) 

17 the king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one; 

18 the king of Aphek, one; the king of Lasharon, one; 

19 the king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one; (Yşu 11:1; Yşu 11:10) 

20 the king of Shimron-meron, one; the king of Achshaph, one; (Yşu 12:19) 

21 the king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one; (Yşu 17:11) 

22 the king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam in Carmel, one; 

23 the king of Dor in Naphath-dor, one; the king of Goiim in Galilee, one; (Yşu 11:2; Yşu 12:21) 

24 the king of Tirzah, one: in all, thirty-one kings.
