Yedi Melek ve Yedi Bela

1 Gökte büyük ve şaşılası başka bir belirti gördüm: Son yedi belayı taşıyan yedi melekti. Çünkü Tanrı'nın öfkesi bu belalarla son buluyordu. 

2 Ateşle karışık camdan deniz gibi bir şey gördüm. Canavara, heykeline ve adını simgeleyen sayıya karşı zafer kazananlar, ellerinde Tanrı'nın verdiği lirlerle cam denizin üzerinde durmuşlardı. 

3-4 Tanrı kulu Musa'nın ve Kuzu'nun ezgisini söylüyorlardı: ‹‹Her Şeye Gücü Yeten Rab Tanrı, Senin işlerin büyük ve şaşılası işlerdir. Ey ulusların kralı, Senin yolların doğru ve adildir. Ya Rab, senden kim korkmaz, Adını kim yüceltmez? Çünkü kutsal olan yalnız sensin. Bütün uluslar gelip sana tapınacaklar. Çünkü adil işlerin açıkça görüldü.›› 

5 Bundan sonra gökteki tapınağın, yani Tanıklık Çadırı'nın açıldığını gördüm. 

6 Yedi belayı taşıyan yedi melek temiz, parlak keten giysiler giymiş, göğüslerine altın kuşaklar sarınmış olarak tapınaktan çıktı. 

7 Dört yaratıktan biri yedi meleğe, sonsuzluklar boyunca yaşayan Tanrı'nın öfkesiyle dolu yedi altın tas verdi. 

8 Tapınak Tanrı'nın yüceliğinden ve gücünden ötürü dumanla doldu. Yedi meleğin yedi belası sona erinceye dek kimse tapınağa giremedi.

The Seven Angels with Seven Plagues

1 Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and amazing, seven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished. (Va 12:1; Va 12:3; Va 16:1; Va 17:1; Va 21:9) 

2 And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire—and also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands. (Va 4:6; Va 5:8; Va 12:11; Va 13:17; Va 14:2; Va 21:18; Va 21:21) 

3 And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations! (Çık 15:1; Yas 31:30; Yas 32:3; Eyü 37:5; Mez 111:2; Mez 139:14; Mez 145:17; Hoş 14:9; İbr 3:5; Va 16:7) 

4 Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.” (Mez 86:9; Mal 2:2; İbr 7:26; Va 14:7; Va 16:5) 

5 After this I looked, and the sanctuary of the tent of witness in heaven was opened, (Çık 38:21; Say 1:50; Elç 7:44; Va 11:19) 

6 and out of the sanctuary came the seven angels with the seven plagues, clothed in pure, bright linen, with golden sashes around their chests. (Va 1:13; Va 15:1; Va 19:8) 

7 And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever, (Va 1:18; Va 4:6; Va 4:9; Va 5:8; Va 5:13) 

8 and the sanctuary was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power, and no one could enter the sanctuary until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished. (Çık 40:34; Çık 40:35; 1 Kr 8:10; 1 Kr 8:11; 2 Ta 5:13; Yşa 6:4; Hag 2:7)
