15 Yoksul halkı yöneten kötü kişi Kükreyen aslan, saldırgan ayı gibidir. 

16 Gaddar önderin aklı kıttır; Haksız kazançtan nefret edense uzun ömürlü olur. 

17 Adam öldürmekten vicdan azabı çeken, mezara dek kaçacaktır; Kimse ona yardım etmesin. 

18 Alnı ak yaşayan kurtulur, Yolsuzluk yapan ansızın yıkıma uğrar. 

19 Toprağını işleyenin ekmeği bol olur, Hayal peşinde koşansa yoksulluğa doyar. 

20 Güvenilir kişi bolluğa erer, Zengin olmaya can atansa beladan kurtulamaz. 

21 Hatır gözetmek iyi değildir, Çünkü insan bir lokma ekmek için bile suç işler. 

22 Cimri servet peşinde koşar, Yoksulluğa uğrayacağını düşünmez. 

23 Başkasını azarlayan sonunda Pohpohlayandan daha çok beğeni kazanır. 

24 Annesini ya da babasını soymayı günah saymayan, Haydutla birdir. 

25 Açgözlü kavga çıkarır, RAB'be güvenense bolluk içinde yaşar. 

26 Kendine güvenen akılsızdır, Bilgece davranan güvenlikte olur. 

27 Yoksula verenin eksiği olmaz, Yoksulu görmezden gelense bir sürü lanete uğrar. 

28 Kötüler egemen olunca insan kaçacak yer arar, Ama kötüler yok olunca doğrular çoğalır.

1 The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion. (Lev 26:8; Lev 26:17; 1 Sa 17:32; Mez 53:5) 

2 When a land transgresses, it has many rulers, but with a man of understanding and knowledge, its stability will long continue. (1 Kr 15:27; 1 Kr 16:8; 2 Kr 15:8) 

3 A poor man who oppresses the poor is a beating rain that leaves no food. (Mat 18:28) 

4 Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but those who keep the law strive against them. (1 Kr 18:18; 1 Kr 18:21; Neh 13:11; Neh 13:15; Mez 10:3; Mat 3:7; Mat 14:4; Rom 1:32; Ef 5:11)
