1I lift up my eyes to the mountains – where does my help come from?2My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.3He will not let your foot slip – he who watches over you will not slumber;4indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.5The Lord watches over you – the Lord is your shade at your right hand;6the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.7The Lord will keep you from all harm – he will watch over your life;8the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and for evermore.
1چشمان خود را به کوهها دوختهام و در انتظار كمک هستم.2كمک من از جانب خداوند میآيد كه آسمان و زمين را آفريد.3خداوند نخواهد گذاشت پايم بلغزد و بيفتم. او كه از من حمايت میكند، هرگز نمیخوابد.4او كه از اسرائيل محافظت میكند، چشمانش به خواب نمیرود.5خداوند خودش از تو مراقبت مینمايد! او در كنارت است تا از تو حمايت كند.6آفتاب در روز به تو آسيب نخواهد رسانيد و نه مهتاب در شب.7خداوند، تو را از هر بدی دور نگاه میدارد و جانت را حفظ میكند.8خداوند، رفت و آمد تو را زير نظر دارد و پيوسته از تو مراقبت مینمايد.
