1Und ich, meine Brüder, konnte nicht zu euch reden als zu geistlichen, sondern als zu fleischlichen [Menschen][1], als zu Unmündigen in Christus. (Ro 8:5; 1Co 2:15; Eph 4:14; Heb 5:13)2Milch habe ich euch zu trinken gegeben und nicht feste Speise; denn ihr konntet sie nicht vertragen, ja ihr könnt sie auch jetzt noch nicht vertragen, (Joh 16:12; Heb 5:12; Heb 5:14; 1Pe 2:2)3denn ihr seid noch fleischlich. Solange nämlich Eifersucht und Streit und Zwietracht unter euch sind, seid ihr da nicht fleischlich und wandelt nach Menschenweise? (1Co 1:11; Ga 5:19; Jas 3:13)4Denn wenn einer sagt: Ich gehöre zu Paulus! der andere aber: Ich zu Apollos! — seid ihr da nicht fleischlich? (1Co 1:12)
Die Verkündiger sind Diener Gottes
5Wer ist denn Paulus, und wer Apollos? Was sind sie anderes als Diener, durch die ihr gläubig geworden seid, und zwar, wie es der Herr jedem gegeben hat? (Ro 12:3; 2Co 4:5)6Ich habe gepflanzt, Apollos hat begossen, Gott aber hat das Gedeihen gegeben. (Mr 4:26; Ac 18:11; Ac 18:27; 2Co 3:3)7So ist also weder der etwas, welcher pflanzt, noch der, welcher begießt, sondern Gott, der das Gedeihen gibt. (Ps 127:1)8Der aber, welcher pflanzt, und der, welcher begießt, sind eins; jeder aber wird seinen eigenen Lohn empfangen entsprechend seiner eigenen Arbeit. (Lu 19:17; Eph 6:8)
Die Aufbauarbeit am Haus Gottes
9Denn wir sind Gottes Mitarbeiter; ihr aber seid Gottes Ackerfeld und Gottes Bau. (Mt 13:3; Mt 13:19; Mt 20:1; Ac 15:4; 2Co 6:1; Eph 2:20; 1Pe 2:5)10Gemäß der Gnade Gottes, die mir gegeben ist, habe ich als ein weiser Baumeister den Grund gelegt; ein anderer aber baut darauf. Jeder aber gebe acht, wie er darauf aufbaut. (Ro 1:5; 1Co 4:15; Eph 4:7; 1Pe 4:11)11Denn einen anderen Grund kann niemand legen außer dem, der gelegt ist, welcher ist Jesus Christus. (Isa 28:16; Mt 16:18; Ac 4:10)12Wenn aber jemand auf diesen Grund Gold, Silber, kostbare Steine, Holz, Heu, Stroh baut, (Isa 54:11; Jer 23:28; Mal 3:19; Re 21:18; Re 21:21)13so wird das Werk eines jeden offenbar werden; der Tag wird es zeigen, weil es durchs Feuer geoffenbart wird. Und welcher Art das Werk eines jeden ist, wird das Feuer erproben. (Zec 13:9; 1Pe 4:12)14Wenn jemandes Werk, das er darauf gebaut hat, bleibt, so wird er Lohn empfangen; (Da 12:3; Mt 25:21; Joh 4:36)15wird aber jemandes Werk verbrennen, so wird er Schaden erleiden; er selbst aber wird gerettet werden, doch so wie durchs Feuer hindurch. (1Th 3:5; 1Pe 4:18)16Wisst ihr nicht, dass ihr Gottes Tempel seid, und dass der Geist Gottes in euch wohnt? (Ro 8:9; 1Co 6:15; 2Co 6:16; 1Ti 3:15)17Wenn jemand den Tempel Gottes verderbt, den wird Gott verderben; denn der Tempel Gottes ist heilig, und der seid ihr. (Eze 5:11; 2Pe 2:1)18Niemand betrüge sich selbst! Wenn jemand unter euch sich für weise hält in dieser Weltzeit, so werde er töricht, damit er weise werde!
