Decken und Wände für das heilige Zelt

1 »Für meine heilige Wohnung sollst du zehn Bahnen Zelttuch weben lassen. Verwendet dazu violette, purpurrote und karmesinrote Wolle sowie feines Leinen. Auf den Zeltbahnen sollen Bilder von Keruben gestickt sein. 2 Die Bahnen müssen alle gleich groß sein, nämlich 14 Meter lang und 2 Meter breit. 3 Jeweils fünf von ihnen sollen an den Längsseiten aneinandergenäht werden, so dass zwei große Zeltdecken entstehen. 4 Um diese beiden Decken verbinden zu können, müssen an einer Längsseite jeder Decke 50 Schlaufen aus violett gefärbter Wolle angebracht werden, 5 also 50 Schlaufen an der einen und ebenso viele an der anderen Zeltdecke. Legt die beiden Decken so aneinander, dass die Schlaufen einander gegenüberstehen. 6 Dann lass 50 goldene Haken schmieden, die jeweils zwei gegenüberliegende Schlaufen verbinden und so die beiden Decken zu einem Stück zusammenfügen. 7-8 Lass außerdem elf Zeltbahnen aus Ziegenhaar weben, jede davon 15 Meter lang und 2 Meter breit! Sie sollen über das erste Zelt gelegt werden und es überdachen. 9 Fünf dieser Bahnen werden an den Längsseiten zu einem Stück verbunden, die übrigen sechs zu einem zweiten. Die sechste Bahn des zweiten Zeltstücks soll doppelt gelegt werden. Sie bildet später an der Vorderseite des Zeltes die Überdachung des Eingangs. 10 Um die beiden Zeltstücke verbinden zu können, müssen jeweils an einer Längsseite 50 Schlaufen angebracht werden. 11 Dann lass 50 Bronzehaken herstellen und mit ihnen die beiden Zeltstücke zusammenfügen. 12 Diese zweite Zeltdecke reicht an der Rückwand des Heiligtums einen Meter über die erste Decke hinaus. 13 An den Längsseiten überragt die Ziegenhaardecke die darunterliegende wollene Decke jeweils um einen halben Meter, so dass diese vollständig bedeckt ist. 14 Als Schutz für die beiden Zeltdecken sollst du ein Dach aus rot gefärbten Fellen von Schafböcken nähen lassen und darüberlegen. Über dieses Felldach muss noch eine Schutzdecke aus Tachasch-Leder gespannt werden. 15 Lass Platten aus Akazienholz fertigen, die – aufrecht gestellt – die Wände des Heiligtums bilden sollen. 16 Jede Platte soll 5 Meter lang und einen Dreiviertelmeter breit sein. 17 Alle Platten müssen an der kurzen Seite zwei Zapfen haben, die parallel angeordnet sind. 18 Es werden 20 Platten für die südliche Längsseite des Zeltes benötigt, 19 dazu 40 silberne Sockel, auf denen die Platten stehen. Zwei Sockel gehören unter jede Platte, für jeden Zapfen einer. 20 Für die nördliche Längsseite des Zeltes werden ebenfalls 20 Platten benötigt 21 und 40 silberne Sockel, auf denen die Platten stehen, je zwei Sockel unter jeder Platte. 22 Für die schmale Rückseite im Westen sollst du sechs Platten fertigen lassen, 23 zwei weitere Wandteile werden für die Ecken an der Rückseite des Zeltes gebraucht. 24 Sie sollen auf ganzer Länge gewinkelt und an ihrem oberen Ende durch einen Ring befestigt sein, um so die Eckkonstruktion der Wände zu bilden. 25 Die Rückseite besteht also insgesamt aus acht Platten mit sechzehn silbernen Sockeln, jeweils zwei Sockeln unter einer Platte. 26-27 Lass außerdem Querbalken aus Akazienholz anfertigen, jeweils fünf Stück für jede Längsseite und die westliche Querseite. Diese Balken sollen die aufrecht stehenden Platten zusammenhalten. 28 Der mittlere Balken soll auf halber Höhe an der ganzen Wand entlanglaufen, von vorn bis hinten. 29 Die Querbalken werden durch goldene Ringe gesteckt, die in den Platten verankert sind. Platten und Querbalken müssen vollständig mit Gold überzogen sein. 30 Aus diesen Teilen sollst du meine heilige Wohnung errichten, ganz so, wie ich es dir hier auf dem Berg zeige.«

Vorhänge für das heilige Zelt

31 »Lass einen Vorhang weben aus violetter, purpurroter und karmesinroter Wolle und feinem Leinen, kunstvoll verziert mit Bildern von Keruben. 32 Er soll mit goldenen Haken an vier Pfosten aus Akazienholz aufgehängt werden. Die Pfosten müssen mit Gold überzogen sein und auf silbernen Sockeln stehen. 33 Der Vorhang trennt den heiligen Vorraum vom Allerheiligsten, in dem die Bundeslade stehen soll. Sobald der Vorhang an den Haken aufgehängt ist, bring die Bundeslade mit den Steintafeln hinein. 34 Wenn sie im Allerheiligsten steht, dann lass die Deckplatte darauflegen. 35 Der Tisch mit den Broten, die mir geweiht sind, soll vor dem Vorhang im heiligen Vorraum an der Nordseite des Zeltes aufgestellt werden. Gegenüber, an der Südseite im Vorraum, hat der goldene Leuchter seinen Platz. 36 Ein weiterer Vorhang wird für den Zelteingang benötigt, ebenfalls aus violetter, purpurroter und karmesinroter Wolle sowie aus feinem Leinen, bunt und kunstvoll gewebt. 37 Lass diesen Vorhang mit goldenen Haken an fünf Akazienholzpfosten aufhängen, die mit Gold überzogen sind und auf gegossenen Bronzesockeln stehen.«

2 The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits,^[1] and the breadth of each curtain four cubits; all the curtains shall be the same size. 3 Five curtains shall be coupled to one another, and the other five curtains shall be coupled to one another. 4 And you shall make loops of blue on the edge of the outermost curtain in the first set. Likewise you shall make loops on the edge of the outermost curtain in the second set. 5 Fifty loops you shall make on the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the edge of the curtain that is in the second set; the loops shall be opposite one another. 6 And you shall make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains one to the other with the clasps, so that the tabernacle may be a single whole. 7 “You shall also make curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains shall you make. The eleven curtains shall be the same size. 9 You shall couple five curtains by themselves, and six curtains by themselves, and the sixth curtain you shall double over at the front of the tent. 10 You shall make fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outermost in one set, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain that is outermost in the second set. 11 “You shall make fifty clasps of bronze, and put the clasps into the loops, and couple the tent together that it may be a single whole. 12 And the part that remains of the curtains of the tent, the half curtain that remains, shall hang over the back of the tabernacle. 13 And the extra that remains in the length of the curtains, the cubit on the one side, and the cubit on the other side, shall hang over the sides of the tabernacle, on this side and that side, to cover it. 14 And you shall make for the tent a covering of tanned rams’ skins^[2] and a covering of goatskins on top. (2Mo 25,5; 2Mo 36,19) 15 “You shall make upright frames for the tabernacle of acacia wood. 16 Ten cubits shall be the length of a frame, and a cubit and a half the breadth of each frame. 17 There shall be two tenons in each frame, for fitting together. So shall you do for all the frames of the tabernacle. 18 You shall make the frames for the tabernacle: twenty frames for the south side; 19 and forty bases of silver you shall make under the twenty frames, two bases under one frame for its two tenons, and two bases under the next frame for its two tenons; 20 and for the second side of the tabernacle, on the north side twenty frames, 21 and their forty bases of silver, two bases under one frame, and two bases under the next frame. 22 And for the rear of the tabernacle westward you shall make six frames. 23 And you shall make two frames for corners of the tabernacle in the rear; 24 they shall be separate beneath, but joined at the top, at the first ring. Thus shall it be with both of them; they shall form the two corners. 25 And there shall be eight frames, with their bases of silver, sixteen bases; two bases under one frame, and two bases under another frame. 26 “You shall make bars of acacia wood, five for the frames of the one side of the tabernacle, 27 and five bars for the frames of the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the frames of the side of the tabernacle at the rear westward. 28 The middle bar, halfway up the frames, shall run from end to end. 29 You shall overlay the frames with gold and shall make their rings of gold for holders for the bars, and you shall overlay the bars with gold. (2Mo 25,27) 30 Then you shall erect the tabernacle according to the plan for it that you were shown on the mountain. 32 And you shall hang it on four pillars of acacia overlaid with gold, with hooks of gold, on four bases of silver. 33 And you shall hang the veil from the clasps, and bring the ark of the testimony in there within the veil.
