1 Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid. (Ps 49:10; Pr 5:12; Pr 15:10) 2 A good man obtains favor from the Lord, but a man of evil devices he condemns. 25 Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad. (Pr 16:24) 26 Der Gerechte findet seine Weide; aber die Frevler führt ihr Weg in die Irre. 27 Ein Lässiger erjagt kein Wild; aber ein fleißiger Mensch wird reich. 28 Auf dem Wege der Gerechtigkeit ist Leben; aber böser Weg führt zum Tode.
