Zion – das königliche Diadem in der Hand Gottes

1 Zions wegen will ich nicht schweigen, und Jerusalems wegen will ich nicht ruhen, bis seine Gerechtigkeit hervorbricht wie Lichtglanz und sein Heil^[1] wie eine Fackel brennt. (Jes 60,1; Jes 61,11; Jer 33,9) 2 Und die Nationen werden deine Gerechtigkeit sehen und alle Könige deine Herrlichkeit. Und du wirst mit einem neuen Namen genannt werden, den der Mund des HERRN bestimmen wird. (Jes 60,1; Jes 61,11; Jes 65,15; Jer 33,9; Offb 2,17)

3 Und du wirst eine prachtvolle Krone sein in der Hand des HERRN und ein königliches Diadem in der Hand deines Gottes. (Sach 9,16) 4 Nicht länger wird man »Entlassene« zu dir sagen, und zu deinem Land wird man nicht mehr »Öde« sagen. Sondern man wird dich nennen »mein Gefallen an ihr« und dein Land »Verheiratete^[2]«; denn der HERR hat Gefallen an dir und dein Land wird verheiratet sein^[3]. 5 Denn wie der junge Mann die Jungfrau heiratet, so werden deine Söhne^[4] dich heiraten. Und wie der Bräutigam sich an ⟨seiner⟩ der Braut freut, so wird dein Gott sich an dir freuen. (Jes 65,19; Hos 2,21; Zef 3,17; Mal 3,12)

6 Auf deine Mauern, Jerusalem, habe ich Wächter bestellt. Den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht werden sie keinen Augenblick schweigen. Ihr, die ihr den HERRN erinnert, gönnt euch keine Ruhe (Ps 74,2; Jes 52,8; Jer 6,17; Hes 3,17; Lk 18,1)

7 und lasst ihm keine Ruhe, bis er Jerusalem ⟨wieder⟩ aufrichtet und bis er es zum Lobpreis macht auf Erden! – (Ps 122,6) 8 Der HERR hat geschworen bei seiner Rechten und bei seinem starken Arm: Wenn ich jemals deinen Feinden dein Korn zur Speise gebe und wenn Söhne der Fremde deinen Most trinken werden, für den du dich abgemüht hast^[5]! 9 Sondern die es einsammeln, sollen es ⟨auch⟩ essen und den HERRN loben. Und die ihn einbringen, sollen ihn ⟨auch⟩ trinken in den Vorhöfen meines Heiligtums. (5Mo 12,7; Jer 31,5) 10 Zieht hindurch, zieht hindurch durch die Tore! Bereitet den Weg des Volkes! Bahnt, bahnt die Straße, reinigt sie von Steinen! Richtet ein Feldzeichen auf über den Völkern! 11 Siehe, der HERR lässt es hören bis ans Ende der Erde hin: Sagt der Tochter Zion: Siehe, dein Heil^[6] kommt. Siehe, sein Lohn ist bei ihm, und seine Belohnung ⟨geht⟩ vor ihm her. The Lord gives Zion a new name

1 The LORD says, ‘For the good of Zion I will not keep silent. For Jerusalem’s benefit I will not remain quiet. I will not keep silent until what I will do for them shines like the sunrise. I will not remain quiet until they are saved and shine like a blazing torch. 2 Jerusalem, the nations will see that I have made everything right for you. All their kings will see your glory. You will be called by a new name. I myself will give it to you. 3 You will be like a glorious crown in my strong hand. You will be like a royal crown in my powerful hand. 4 People will not call you Deserted anymore. They will no longer name your land Empty. Instead, you will be called One the LORD Delights In. Your land will be named Married One. That’s because the LORD will take delight in you. And your land will be married. 5 As a young man marries a young woman, so your Builder will marry you. As a groom is happy with his bride, so your God will be full of joy over you.’ 6 Jerusalem, I have stationed guards on your walls. They must never be silent day or night. You who call out to the LORD must not give yourselves any rest. 7 And don’t give him any rest until he makes Jerusalem secure. Don’t give him any peace until people all over the earth praise that city. 8 The LORD has made a promise. He has lifted up his right hand and mighty arm. He has promised, ‘I will never give your corn to your enemies for food again. Outsiders will never again drink the fresh wine you have worked so hard for. 9 Instead, those who gather the corn will eat it themselves. And they will praise me. Those who gather grapes to make the wine will enjoy it. They will drink it in the courtyards of my temple.’ 10 Go out through your gates, people of Jerusalem! Go out! Prepare the way for the rest of your people to return. Build up the road! Build it up! Remove the stones. Raise a banner over the city for the nations to see. 11 The LORD has announced a message from one end of the earth to the other. He has said, ‘Tell the people of Zion, “Look! Your Saviour is coming! He is bringing his people back as his reward. He has won the battle over their enemies.” ’ 12 They will be called the Holy People. They will be called the People the LORD Set Free. And Jerusalem will be named the City the LORD Cares About. It will be named the City No Longer Deserted.
