Saludos de despedida

1 Ahora, os recomiendo a Febe, nuestra hermana, que es diaconisa de la iglesia que está en Cencrea; 2 para que la recibáis en el Señor, de una manera digna de los santos, y que le proveáis cualquier cosa que necesite de vosotros; porque también ella fue ayudadora de muchos, y de mí mismo. 3 Saludad a Prisca y a Aquila, mis colaboradores en Jesús el Mesías, 4 quienes arriesgaron su propio cuello por mi vida, a los cuales no sólo yo doy gracias, sino también todas las iglesias de los gentiles, 5 y a la iglesia que está en su casa. Saludad a Epeneto, amado mío, quien es primicias de Asia en el Mesías. 6 Saludad a Miriam, la cual trabajó mucho entre vosotros. 7 Saludad a Andrónico y a Junia, mis parientes y mis compañeros de prisión, que son insignes entre los apóstoles y quienes también han sido antes que yo en el Mesías. 8 Saludad a Amplias, amado mío en el Señor. 9 Saludad a Urbano, nuestro colaborador en el Mesías, y a Estaquis, amado mío. 10 Saludad a Apeles, el aprobado en el Mesías. Saludad a los que son de Aristóbulo. 11 Saludad a Herodión, mi pariente. Saludad a los que son de Narciso, los cuales están en el Señor. 12 Saludad a Trifena y a Trifosa, las cuales trabajan en el Señor. Saludad a la amada Pérsida, quien trabajó mucho en el Señor. 13 Saludad a Rufo, el escogido en el Señor, y a su madre, y mía. 14 Saludad a Asíncrito, a Flegonte, a Hermas, a Patrobas, a Hermes, y a los santos que están con ellos. 15 Saludad a Filólogo y a Julia, a Nereo y a su hermana, y a Olimpas, y a todos los santos que están con ellos. 16 Saludaos unos a otros con ósculo santo. Todas las iglesias del Mesías os saludan.

17 Os ruego, hermanos, que pongáis atención a los que causan disensiones y tropiezos contra la doctrina que vosotros aprendisteis, y apartaos de ellos. 18 Porque los tales no sirven al Mesías nuestro Señor, sino a su propio vientre, y con palabras suaves y lisonjas seducen los corazones de los ingenuos. 19 Porque vuestra obediencia ha venido a ser notoria a todos, así que me gozo a causa de vosotros; pero quiero que seáis sabios para lo bueno, e ingenuos para lo malo. 20 Y el Dios de paz aplastará en breve a Satanás debajo de vuestros pies. La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesús sea con vosotros.

21 Os saludan Timoteo, mi colaborador, y Lucio, y Jasón, y Sosípater, mis compatriotas. 22 Yo Tercio, que escribí la epístola, os saludo en el Señor. 23-24 Os saluda Gayo, anfitrión mío y de toda la iglesia. Os saluda Erasto, tesorero de la ciudad, y el hermano Cuarto.

Doxología

25 Y al que puede fortaleceros según mi evangelio y la proclamación de Jesús el Mesías, según la revelación del misterio que fue guardado en silencio desde tiempos eternos, 26 pero que ahora ha sido manifestado, y por medio de las Escrituras Proféticas, según el mandamiento del Dios eterno, se ha dado a conocer a todas las gentes para que obedezcan a la fe, 27 a Dios, el único sabio, sea la gloria por medio de Jesús el Mesías, para siempre jamás. Amén.

1 I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea: 2 That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also. 3 Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: 4 Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. 5 Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my wellbeloved Epaenetus, who is the firstfruits of Achaia unto Christ. 6 Greet Mary, who bestowed much labour on us. 7 Salute Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen, and my fellowprisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me. 8 Greet Amplias my beloved in the Lord. 9 Salute Urbane, our helper in Christ, and Stachys my beloved. 10 Salute Apelles approved in Christ. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. 20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
