English Standard Version

20 The waters prevailed above the mountains, covering them fifteen cubits[1] deep. 

New International Version

20 The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than fifteen cubits.[1] 

New International Reader’s Version

20 The waters continued to rise until they covered the mountains by more than 7 metres. 

King James Version

20 Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains were covered.
