1 Ferice de oricine se teme de DOMNUL și umblă pe căile Lui!

2 Căci atunci vei mânca din munca mâinilor tale, vei fi fericit și‑ți va fi bine.

3 Soția ta va fi ca o viță roditoare înlăuntrul casei tale. Fiii tăi vor fi ca lăstarii de măslin împrejurul mesei tale.

4 Iată, așa este binecuvântat bărbatul care se teme de DOMNUL.

5 DOMNUL să te binecuvânteze din Sion, ca să vezi propășirea Ierusalimului în toate zilele vieții tale

6 și să‑i vezi pe fiii fiilor tăi! Pacea să fie peste Israel!

4 Only a man who has respect for the LORD will be blessed like that.

5 May the LORD bless you from Zion. May you enjoy the good things that come to Jerusalem all the days of your life.
